Originally from New Jersey, I came to Massachusetts in 1996 after earning my Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). After spending a few years at Digital Equipment Corporation, I joined SolidWorks, were I've spent the bulk of my career. I am currently the Director of Product Definition for SolidWorks next generation products.

Designing and building things has defined who I am for as long as I can remember: from opening my first LEGO set, to helping with construction projects on my childhood home, to building fine woodworking pieces, and designing great CAD software. I steadily pursue design and fabrication.

In fact, this pursuit led me to take a hiatus from my SolidWorks career to study Industrial Design and then work at Hasbro designing their KRE-O brand, a construction toy compatible with LEGO bricks. It was truly an amazing experience and I am quite proud of the patents I was awarded during my tenure.

On a personal note, I am married to my wife of 21 years and am the father of two wonderful boys. I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and participating in Tough Mudder events.
