Project Ideas

While looking for the project ideas, several things came in my mind and on the google search page as well :D few of them are shown below:

Smart Helmet for bikers

After thinking about above mentioned ideas, I thought it would be better to make the Microcontroller based Wire Cutter. Since it can be used in our lab and also at the other Engineering labs of our University.

Looking further at the idea

Thinking further about how the project will work, I had following points:

1. An interface showing the data, like the length of wire and number of pieces to be cut
2. Some buttons to select and change the menu
3. A motor driver circuit that will operate the stepper motor
4. and finally a mechanism to operate the cutter
