MY PROYECT.

In Mexico the tattoo has a historical practice, always accompanied of a social intention that from the XIXth was stigmatized negatively. Approximately 25 years ago appeared the first studies of tattoo in the city who little by little have been formalizing this practice changing the negative opinion. " The tattoo is important in Mexico because by means of him we reaffirm beliefs, customs, ideal aesthetic and philosophical ", makes clear the tatuadora Lil ' They Go Pyre in the matter.

The tattoo, as many creative disciplines, breaks these cultural and social barriers generating tolerance and freedom of expression. The artists who use the alive linen face the challenge of being able to translate the ideas of other persons into his language.

Between tattoo artist and tattooed there is generated a dialog that turns this meeting in something intimate, there breaks a spatial barrier that generates confidence, complicity to create something that will last forever. " I think fervently that when you decide to put on a brand in the body it is like him show to the world which are your beliefs.

When the persons decide to put on images or " personal spots " - I like since it llamarlo - there is a parteaguas where a dialog is generated and other persons begin to know whom you are ", makes clear the illustrative one and artist of the tattoo Xian of the Death. (Maria Najera, 2017)

My son is a tattoo artist, believe I who was born for it, it is his world, his passion. He is 19 years old and he is charmed with tattooing and drawing.

It is for which I have decided to implement a tattoo machine to the mechanics of a printer 3D.

The machine of tattooes penetrates 1 millimeter of the skin when it moves a needle of it arrives below between 50 and 3 thousand times per minute. The needle injects drops of special ink for tattooes, which it is actually a mixture of pigments so much vegetable as minerals, metallic and plastic. This device works with an electrical engine that usually is driven by a pedal.

The external cap of the skin, the epidermis, measures approximately 1 millimeter of width and is renewed every 48 days. Therefore, the ink must be injected in the internal cap, the dermis, which fabric of collagenous and elastic fibers is stabler, which he assures that the ink should remain there many years.

Parts of a machine to tattoo

The first sketches of my idea

I start drawing from RhinoCeros

The axes where it is necessary to to displace the machine of tattooing

This one is the idea, to mount the machine of tattooing in the axis "Z" in order that it could rise and go down

The detail that I need to solve is of supporting the uniform distance between the needle where the ink and the surface traverses to tattooing, that must be of approximately 2 mm.

In end, I am sure that I will solve all the problems that could appear me in the accomplishment of this project, but also I am sure that will need of great help in the topic of the electronics.
