Wildcard

In this assignment most of my colleagues did composite using epoxy.
The time I went to work on this project there was no epoxy left, so I tried to work on something which could not be part of what I covered in other assigments.

In assignement of week 2 I designed a napKin holder when I was learning to use FreeCAD.
I thought I should continue and fully document it, though this assignment may look like the one of week 7.

In designing the napkin holder, I made each part separately.

I designed the bottom part as the main since it will hold other part.

The front part I made it small.

The Left side and the Right side looks the same but are different parts that I had to design. I think this is a weekness of FreeCAD when compared with other CAD softwares.

This is the back side of the napkin.

I made a stick which will hold napkins to not be blown away by wind.

I used a 9 mm MDF to make this napkin.

And I used Shopbot to cut part of the napkin.

After cutting different part I gave it a nice looking finish.
