The Bhel-Maker

The project was decided under the guidance of local and remote instructors,
considering the need of the hour and our resposibility towards the world we live in.....

So What is Bhel?

Bhel (as we call it in the local dialect), is an Indian Dish which we are mainly able to locate on the street food carts,
that are transported from place to place.

It consists of following ingredients, out of which I am going to
use few to just prove the working of the machine

  • 1. Puffed rice(churmure, in local dialect)
  • 2. Farsan (in local dialect)
  • 3. A mixture of onion, tomato, corriender
  • 4. Some spices in liquid
  • 5. and a lot mosre ingredients to add up to the taste

What is the excitement? and rather a Problem?

The taste that all of these ingredients individually contribute, to add up to the Bhel, is astonishing delicious.
And the flexibility of choice to addup the ingredients to build the taste, just adds up to the satisfaction of
eating what you actually imagine.

The Problem for why it becomes hedios to enjoy the taste can be better seen visually, in the video
expressed in the concept page , which turns out to be one of my own experience

The following video shows the traditional way to prepare "bhel":-
