DIAGNOSIS OF THE POPULATION WITH DISABILITY

Within the proposals of Ecuador has sought the economic and social inclusion of its inhabitants, and promotes projects developed to improve people with space capabilities.

The blind people have a lot of needs. It is important to identify the needs and turn this device into an assistant for the blind and not a simple guide. With the current design, the first years focus on the diffusion of the product, see its advantages and disadvantages, possible improvements and results with blind people that serve as feedback to the improvement of the product.

Promotion

The promotion would be achieved effectively if it is possible to participate with the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion, it is important to disseminate the project in the community, therefore the participation of educational institutions is ideal. Participation in fairs and talks promoting social inclusion and technological development with a social focus.

My final project is a system with positioning precision, this system is used to georeference the blind, although it is not yet complete. I need to know how to integrate a map freely, in addition to the creation of an application. I am very confident that my project can grow more and more and at the same time can contribute to the development and improvement of the quality of life of the blind, but this is the reason why I decide to look for a common creative license (CC).

What is intellectual property?

The information was obtained on the page of: https://www.propiedadintelectual.gob.ec/propiedad-intelectual/. In Ecuador

On the page. you have good information about licenses, license types and other important things for a developer.

CC

Integrating Creative Commons License Information: One of the most useful attributes of using Creative Commons licenses is the quality metadata standards that can be used to both mark and identify CC licensed work. This can be anything from simply adding the ability for a media player to show the license information of a song to a full-fledge, RDFa using, semantic-web promoting web application for people to upload, share, and remix content. Creative Commons is devoted to making it easy for developers to add license metadata functionality to all types of applications. Our tools are divided into two areas; Desktop and the Web.

Licensing types

There are six (6) main CC licenses to choose from:

Attribution license. OER licensed CC-BY can be modified, used commercially, and may or may not be shared in the same manner, provided credit is given to the author.

Attribution-Non-Commerical-No Derivatives. Materials licensed CC-BY-NC-ND cannot be modified or used commercially. It may or may not be shared in the same manner and credit must be given to the author. Materials that possess a No Derivatives license are not considered to be OER.

Attribution-No Derivatives license. Materials licensed CC-BY-ND may or may not be shared in the same manner, can be used commercially, but credit must be given to the author and it cannot be modified. Materials that possess a No Derivatives license are not considered to be OER.

Attribution-Share Alike license. OER licensed CC-BY-SA may be modified and used commercially, provided credit is given to the author and it is shared in the same manner. This license is somewhat similar to the GNU Free Documentation License.

The simplify the process of choosing the appropriate CC license for your OER, you are recommended to use the CC License Chooser, which will guide you through the process with a few clicks.

I'm thinking about this project for several years I know that with the fab academy I managed to obtain a device that is thought from another perspective. It is true to start everything in a very crazy way but now my project has a better orientation. Although I know there are many new things to be implemented, I try to leave a base from which to depart.

I really did not know what kind of license. I was going to grant to my device but after reading each of the existing types and under the following the following parameters I set my license as "CC-BY-NC-ND".

First, because I use tools that are not created directly by me. Second the final idea is a set of several sources (not only mine) Third I want to recocnocer the work to other people and also can continue with this project.
