Main Idea

I want to build a vehicle that will be manufactured mostly in wood. It will use a DC electric motor. In addition, through a visualizer, could see data such as vehicle speed. I will use this vehicle to move inside the university in a funny way.

1st Idea: Electric Go-Kart

As a first idea it occurred to me to manufacture an electric go-kart made entirely of wood to be able to mobilize myself in the university. I got the idea after watching the video of a wooden go kart from the company The Flatworks.
In the picture, numbers refers to: (1) Accelerator/Brake, (1') Battery Unit, (2) Control Unit, (3) Two DC motors, (4) Steering wheel with display.

2nd Idea: Electric Tadpole

My first idea was complicated by the issue of wanting to control two induction motors. To have a functional first prototype I will choose a three-wheel design, with a DC motor that drives the rear wheel, so that propels the vehicle. The design will be made of wood, except for the axes that hold the wheels and the chain drive.
