Creative Commons (CC)

It is denoted by CC in the license as well. Creative Commons licenses give everyone from individual creators to large institutions a standardized way to grant the public permission to use their creative work under copyright law. From the reuser’s perspective, the presence of a Creative Commons license on a copyrighted work answers the question, “What can I do with this work?” (Source:

BY: Credit must be given to the creator
NC: Only noncommercial uses of the work are permitted
ND: No derivatives or adaptations of the work are permitted
SA: Adaptations must be shared under the same terms

There are six combinations that you can use to license your work through creative commons with public domain license which allows creators to give up their copyright and put their works into the worldwide public domain. You can know about each of them from this link.

Dissemination Plan

I will be using CC BY-NC-SA license for by Product.

BY: Attribution. You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

NC: Non-Commercial. You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

SA: ShareAlike. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

Here as this would be under the license mentioned above, people can adapt my final project giving credit ad indication for the changes and also will be under same license
